How much does shipping cost?
Domestic standard ground shipping is complimentary on all orders.
When will my order arrive?
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your bag’s journey.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@joansie.com. We’ll help track it or resolve any issues.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my JOANSiE bag?
Yes! Full-price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund, excluding any shipping fees. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email hello@joansie.com with your order number and request. We’ll provide instructions for a smooth, seamless return.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Limited-edition or final-sale items are non-returnable. Please check your order details before purchasing.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
